AIOICI, the Italian Association of Independent Certification and Inspection Bodies, carried out a double investigation to evaluate the effectiveness of the Remote Audits conducted in the last two months: it was found a positive response from the market and the TIC sector. In the light of the investigations, it is possible to estimate a sure growth in the verification activities carried out remotely for the future: they will not be able to completely replace the on-site audits, but will certainly solve specific cases with benefit for both the Organizations and the Conformity assessment  Bodies.
